My Girls!

I recently purchased this clear, scalloped edged, book cover from Ang and didnt quite know what to do with it! After realising that you had to remove the blue film protection (ha ha) I decided to make a hanging piece with a picture of my two daughters getting ready for a night out.

You Make Me Smile!

A very contradictory little piece! This stamp I recently purchased due to my absolute passion for the TV show Desperate Housewives. We are all fanatics in my house and when I saw this image that appears in the opening title to the show, I just had to have it!

Black/White Gothic Arch

I have recently made this black and white gothic arch for a swap. I was pleased with how it turned out as I just loved the 'Alice' pic. I was really chuffed with the comments I received from the recipient which certainly gave me confidence!

ATC

I just love using this stamp! The little girl is so cute and it stamps beautifully every time.

Houses

These are the houses that I made for a recent swap, yet more lovely shapes to work with! We didnt have to stay with a particular theme but I chose a few well known 'Home' quotes.

Nature Tag

This is my favourite so far. I decided to have a go at making a tag with one of my new stamps, the bird. I loved using the Basic Grey fibres as I think they went really well with the colours in the tag. The butterflies are added after and almost look real!

Torsos

I've just finished making these torsos for a swap. I didnt realise that there were swaps with art in such lovely shapes! I really am a novice!!

Gothic Arch

I recently obtained a template for a Gothic Arch and here's my first attempt. I absolutely love making these small pieces of art, they are so addictive!!

Sweet Child ATC

I recently made this ATC for a swap and just love the pink and black together.

My First Set of Inchies!

I have just started getting into altered art as I have spent so much time admiring the wonderful work of a good friend of mine and I just had to have a go for myself. Here are my first set of inchies.
